Fostering Communities of practice though TBPPM Learning Network: Insights from evaluation of India and Nigeria Country Chapters
Published on December 17, 2024
In 2024, the TB PPM Learning Network commissioned an Evaluation of the two Country Chapters India and Nigeria. Now 5 years since the launched (in 2019), the TBPPM LN has demonstrated interest in creating sustainable platforms for stakeholder engagement across different country contexts. The Country chapters in India and Nigeria have grown rapidly, evolving into distinct national TBPPM communities. These chapters are localizing efforts, engaging diverse stakeholders, and supporting national TB programs to expand private sector engagement.
The evaluation report focuses on assessing the national TB PPM Learning Networks established in India and Nigeria, which operate as distinct country chapters under the broader global TB PPM Learning Network initiative. The evaluation report seeks to trace and analyse the pioneering experiences of India and Nigeria’s Learning Network, drawing actionable insights for its future evolution and other countries interested in establishing similar learning networks.
Thanks to research, literature review and key informant interviews, the consultants Sapna Thekkapat and Anagha Khot have produced a detailed report.
