
TBPPM Photo Contest 2025

How to Participate: Join the contest by sharing a compelling photo story that highlights the work being done on the frontline of public-private collaboration in TB prevention and care in your country.
Contest Objective: The aim is to feature unique stories of public-private engagement and recognize their contribution to TB prevention and treatment.
Submission Guidelines:
- One file only per entry (Multiple entry is accepted via separate Google forms)
- Consent Forms– photos with people require their permission (Via consent form)
- Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, PDF
- File size limit: 10MB or less
- Deadline: February 28, 2025
Eligibility: Must be members of the TBPPM Learning Network – Sign up for free!
Contest Period: The contest is ongoing from 13 December to 28 February. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
Prizes: The top 3 entries will be recognized for their outstanding contribution with a chance to be featured on our TB-PPM website and receive a reduced registration fee for the upcoming summer course.
Judging criteria: The judging process for the contest will be conducted in two rounds. In the first round, a panel of judges will evaluate all submissions based on the clarity and quality of the photos, as well as their relevance to Public-Private Mix (PPM) initiatives to lessen the burden of TB. From this, the top 10 contestants will be shortlisted. In the second round, the shortlisted photos will be uploaded to the TB-PPM website for public voting. The final winners will be determined through a combination of public votes and the judges’ scores. The top three contestants will then be selected and announced. It is important to note that photos previously submitted for the 2024 Poster Contest will not be eligible for consideration in this competition.
Important Notes:
- Take a clear and high-quality photo of the activity capturing the moment of public-private engagement relating to TB prevention and treatment. You can capture from multiple angles and submit the best one.
- Submit your entry via the designated Google Form provided.
- You may submit multiple entries, but each entry must use a separate Google form and feature:
- A different activity OR
- A different private clinic or provider location
General Tips for Photos:
- Ensure the activity in the photo is visible and relates to your photo story.
- Avoid taking photos with glare, shadows, or any obstructions.
- Respect the privacy of others and avoid capturing any personal information of individuals in the photo.
